One idea being a x second d buff to kitty w , so you can pounce get off a q and e and still escape, makes it poke with much more risk but gives you a chance to still escape despite the increased risk

and with full lane income those spears are as redicilous as ever. If I had my druthers riot would significantly need spear poke damage and add a significant buff to following spear damage with cat form attacks.
