I’m with you on not dismissing people who have done anti-sexual violence work...

The thing that irritates me (at least with Madden 16) is when the AI just decides that they want to catch up and there’s nothing you can do about it.

Right? Look I feel bad for anyone losing their jobs and businesses in dying industries... but sorry, that concentrate crap is awful. Good riddance.

Instead of “actually gimme more” it would be much more accurate to say “actually gimme what literally every other NFL organization has given a Top 3 draft pick ever since 2011"

Yeah, but their headed towards wasting the #3 overall pick completely... which is just hilarious.

He literally wants what every other player drafted in his position in every other organization has been given since 2011.

I could overlook the original ending as her accidentally dropping it while thinking about telling them... and her having held it all those years because of some sentimental reminder or the events or something...

But she has to be a holier-than-thou asshole and teach everyone a moral lesson that life isn’t about money....

Fair enough, it seems like your definition of “double-standard” is different than how I’ve come to understand the term.

I’m a woman, a feminist and NOT an MRA. Not everyone who disagrees with you is an MRA.

How is comparing a male-only space to a female-only space disingenuous when we’re talking about a federal law that states:

I like this idea:

Uh I think he knows what double-standards are and that’s precisely what he’s upset about. At least you do admit it’s a double-standard (albeit a “necessary” one in your view for the safety of women who want to study without being murdered).

Yeah I think the key here might be also making a male-only study space if that’s what they were going for, right?

Wait, so are you saying that because there are greater issues with violence against women, that men being banned from a public space which could violate a federal law, is not an issue that should be addressed?

Yeah the problem is that if MSU created a “mens study” space and literally prevented women from stepping foot in it, you best believe it would be a Title IX violation. So how is this not a violation of that very specific law?

I mean, it sucks because I understand the need for safe spaces, but can you really make a legal argument that in a public university, creating a space funded by the university, where men literally cannot go doesn’t violate this?

Imagine if a white show runner said that about white actors though! Cringe.

Who said anything about a fictional WET? Clearly that shouldn’t exist because a majority of networks and shows are white already. :)

It’s so interesting how privilege dynamics and representation create two very different realities.
