Men are incentivized to work more hours because much of men’s perceived societal value (both as individuals and as partners/ “providers”) is derived from how much they earn and how “hard” they work.

Yeah destroy an institution of learning that has helped thousands upon thousands of students of many backgrounds get an education because of the reprehensible actions (or rather inaction) of a few.
