Yeah this dude’s whole story and attitude was seriously skeezy. The contrast between him and a compassionate provider like Dr. Willie Parker is night and day.

No one is trying to excuse the behavior of the driver,it’s ignorant and annoying. However, no one deserves to die over it. Bad decisions on both sides, but why confront someone over it? Especially a woman, in a car by herself - it’s threatening. There are parking enforcement officers and police officers for a reason.
