We’re all wiser now, but I’m curious what you saw in Trump back then that made you think he should be POTUS?

In the context of his letter (I only made it through 11 pages before I quit in disgust) it’s obvious he has no real remorse, but on its own, I couldn’t take issue with the passage you cited.

In all of your examples, the diner is either trying to get something for nothing, or is making life more difficult for the restaurant. Splitting an entree harms nobody, and while I get that the server is bummed to have lower sales, nobody is obligated to order more than they want.

Because by undermining the FBI’s credibility, he’s protecting himself against their future collusion/obstruction charges. As usual, it’s all about his own interests.
