Read the Priest interview a few days ago. And, trust me, I know. Back in March, I went on a tweet storm seen here:

Black Panther is what Doctor Doom could have been if he weren’t evil.

Was just about to post it for Evan. Priest really breakdown what Marvel needs to consider:

I’m mocking my own suspension of disbelief that Black Panther walking on walls pings my “that doesn’t make sense” response, but not the idea that you can craft a kinetic energy absorbing element in such a fashion or that such a thing would be more trouble than it was worth to move around in.

Really interesting 3-part article with Christopher Priest over at Newsarama. Dude has some really salient points to make about Black Panther as a character, as well as Black and Latino outreach in regards to mainstream comics. Worth the read. http://www.newsarama.com/25496-priest-l…

There is never not a good time to spread his gospel.

IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT YOU’VE BEEN WATCHING!

“Mortensen’s essential assertion here is that journalists are background characters that solely document things, without having any affect on them.”

Look……none of these dudes are scholars of race or anything. I think Chip may be doing something in the way he enforces club-house culture that may feel too “white” for some of the black players. I think there’s something there (as a former scholar on race, speaking)…maybe he’s playing favorites with players who “act”

This is precisely the point. The “reasonable” explanation is something every coach on the planet would be guilty of, making Chip’s players’ airing of grievances even less common if something isn't up.

In the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 seasons, when LeBron James basically played as efficient of season/Finals runs as will probably be seen in generations, you may remember he posted up a lot more and worked from there - because he had options if he was defended well or if he drew a double. He spent the majority of those

Personally I think the Batman at the end is not the actual Batman but the latent effects of the fear toxin when it was used on the entire city. At that point the only people left there were the criminals and they were all exposed to it and in some of the in game chatter they mention suffering side effects from it.

Bless you for bringing this back.

will never get old, because a Schiano man doesn’t get old.

Why is the Honey Badger caring? This is antithetical to his worldview.

Quitting after 8 minutes means he isn’t playing with enough heart.

I would also highly recommend “Beware the Gray Ghost” from Batman: The Animated Series. It’s a fantastic episode and there are several references to it in Arkham Knight.

I still maintain that Return of the Joker is essential for anyone that enjoyed this game. I had that vibe long before they even uttered the name Jason once, and when he was brought into it I felt it was even more appropriate.
