It’s not that rare for New England.
From what I understand they are drilled on not giving up penalties, fumbles and the stupid things that lose games.
They don’t smack talk opponents, they don’t do coordinated end zone celebrations.
Their martinet coach learned his shit at Annapolis.

Funny, I don’t see anything about that time somebody charged $10 plus postage for a press kit that they picked up for free.
I’ll share a story from the opposite side of the spectrum: I was selling my 2001 e39 m5. Buyer had me take it off the market, agreed no pre-purchase inspection was needed though I insisted (he did ask a ton of questions and I was an open book), fully committed. He took a train down from CT.
In early 2009, I made some automotive purchases that, in hindsight, were a very bad idea.

I’m currently in the market for a new home in Thousand Oaks, CA and I’ve found some amazing places with beautiful neighborhoods and competitively priced homes... but they have HOA’s... those HOA dues have been pretty consistent at about $250-$400 a MONTH. If I live in the house for 10 years that’s $30k on the low side…
My preference is a neighborhood without an HOA in a town with a robust code compliance department. No nutty HOA shenanigans, but the enforcement of local ordinances through code compliance keeps the David Tracys of the world in check.
How much do you need.
Will they be electric? Will they rethink personal transportation? WILL THEY DISRUPT THE MARKETPLACE?
