No, I’m not surprised the Girl Scouts take precautions. I AM surprised that Boy Scouts or any group with a bunch of little kids in the middle of nowhere wouldn’t take similar precautions.

I was a Girl Scout leader for several years. The Girl Scouts (at least in my area) don’t put up signs for thier camps that indicate they are Girl Scout camps.
