That is completely unfair of Disney. I want to be able to pass that nightmare on to my own children through internet streaming technology!

Hard to say without one. Since it is wonky on chrome os I'm not going to jump to try it. I will say that it seemed to work great on my pixel 2 XL, but I don't like the screen size. That's my limitation (and my old man eyes).

Oh man, I need to get that goose game. The trailer alone had me cracking up.

I mentioned this elsewhere, but I've tried remote play (which just launched on Android last week) and it only works well on a PC or my 6" phone. It's fine, but I prefer to play on a TV where possible.

I did do the Odyssey beta on a Pixelbook and it was really great. There were a couple of times where I had latency issues, but really no more than I would expect. That beta really sold me on Stadia.

The big difference for me is that I don’t have a PC. I have Chromebooks, but my only PC is for work, so aside from the switch (which I am not really a fan of), my house doesn’t have a lot of gaming portability.I have used PS4 remote play, but it for some reason doesn’t work well in chrome os and playing RDO on a 6"

Yeah, you care to explain how streaming games will "ruin the hobby"? Or are you just here for the hyperbole?

I’ll tell you why I’m getting it. I have a PS4 Pro, a Switch and a 60" TV in my living room. One of my kids has an Xbox and 40" in his room, I also have a 50" in my bedroom. We also have 2 Pixelbook and 1 Acer Chromebook.

There have been a couple of different updates on the controller. Wireless will only work to the Chromecast ultra at launch. You'll need to connect to USB for chrome or Android playing. Word is that Bluetooth to other devices was not working quite 100%, so they are turning it on later.

I get your point about it not being in beta, but Mike’s point is also a good one. This is a lot like an early access period.

I really hope that they at least drop some hints to connections with S1 or nods to the tower. I'll be a lot more invested if they lean hard into levels of the tower as opposed to just being an anthology. S1 gave some great teases, now I want to see more pieces of the puzzle.

I was really disappointed to see Candleshoe, Witch Mountain and Darby O'Gill, but not Watcher in the Woods. Figures, as that was my favorite movie of the era.

The 7 year old in my brain can't decide which I have to watch first: The Mandalorian or the Witch Mountain series. I'm not even a big Disney fan, but this lineup is nuts!

I love Darkplace as much as the next dude, but nothing beats Nathan aka The Oggmonster.

The hottest takes always come from barely skimming the source article.

You know, you’re right and the echo chamber was particularly loud for this one, but we’re way past the point of being able to ignore a subsection of assholes trolling that they are planning violence. I’m glad that the shit I’ve seen from the chans and terrorist discord was all bullshit, but I will never again assume

So, it being WB means that they'll do the opposite.

My only disagreement is that the choices you make in Odyssey don't seem to really matter, at least not like W3.

As an oldie who also got the Platinum PS trophy, I gotta say...whew, this game is big! I sunk a lot of hours that I probably shouldn't have into this game.

I wonder if we’ll know where this fits into the first seasons timeline, or if this is just another level of the tower.
