Not to mention Algul Siento and the breakers held captive there. I mean, King's gotta King, right?
Having grown up in Maine and getting hooked on reruns of the show, I was desperately saddened when I found out that it didn't actually take place in Maine, but in Rhode Island. Gross. Thanks, Internet.
He'll be there soon, as long as The Mandalorian performs the way Disney expects it to. As SW moves away from the Skywalker family, Filoni will take his place at the head of the table, much like Feige. Trust me, everyone at LA is working to put him in the chair George used to sit in, except he'll be way more involved…
She loves Filoni and relies on him. She's helping groom him to be the new (and infinitely better) Lucas for SW.
Word is that he is the go-to lore guy now, with Lucas' blessings. This is why he’s so heavy involved in The Mandalorian. This will be his first live action direction gig. They are grooming him, believe it.
Filoni has a plan. Filoni has a platform. Filoni is the Lucas we needed. Provided that The Mandalorian gives Disney+ what they think they need, I expect a lot more of Ahsoka, Sabine, Thrawn and Ezra at the very least.
As a Mainer, I thank and commend you.
Y’all, look now, this is not Fett. Look at that armor. That is a Mandalorian.
I mean, I get where you’re coming from, but this is what they said:
I mean, I'm totally not against it. I'd have a heart attack if Sabine showed up in this show. Putting my fandom dreams away, though, Filoni is the lore guy now and he definitely has plans for Sabine and Ahsoka. I doubt they include The Mandalorian.
Well, it's not a coincidence, hell that is the rifle he uses in the show, but it's totally not Fett.
I really think he is connected to Rebels. Probably not a character that was featured, but possibly from a clan adjacent to Sabine’s. I don’t expect Filoni to just drop Sabine (or Bo-Katan) and a dark saber into live action through this show, but he did a lot of work creating the political climate of them, so I’d be…
Take your damn star and get out.
No, word from Pedro was that he is an actual Mandalorian, as opposed to Fett who was merely a clone.
So much this. Gimme a way to grind myself to op when a boss is too hard, I’m all for that. Lock me into a room until I squeak by after 100 tries (Hi, valkrye queen in GoW), that game can normally fuck right off.
It's probably too much to hope for more 'different levels of the tower' shenanigans like what was apparently happening in the woods last season... But man, I am down for more of that shit.
How about you get in line at an already backed up screening gate and wait in line for about an hour while you wait for enforcement to verify that what someone ahead of you has is not dangerous. Then let us know your opinion.
Ah, the old "telekinesis has been used in games before, so I must let everyone know I think this looks rubbish" argument. Jesus.
That gives them a lot of time to build up the crimson Dawn, imo. Regardless, my excitement is not relying on Maul showing up or not, I loved Rebels and late CW, so I'm excited for more SW lore like that.
