Bottom 4 speedtests were ATT LTE on a grandfathered unlimited plan. The top was the next day when I switched to T Mobile on the same 2013 Moto X.

we were heavy data users with ATT. They had us throttled down to those levels too. We just jumped to TMo and the speeds are much better even when throttled. I've had speeds of upwards of 45 down now. Even throttled my service is still better than it was with ATT
