While that may be true of the a car like the Hennessey Venom GT, but the Veryon has more to offer. I think that view isn't half bad for being stuck in traffic.

FUCK YOU TOYOTA. I think this should be a car built by Hyundai... you know because some of us not so stupid Americans know that there is a difference between Korea and Japan
+1 Definitely True
I can tell you on my Honda the drums had to be adjusted from time to time because they would loose their effectiveness, and they are a PITA to work on. Sorry, but I want to see drums go.
But leaded gas =POWER
And leaded gas makes it go faster too

Yes the two cars are completely different... because they have learned from their first attempt at an electric car. This is definitely more refined, and more designed than the first Tesla, because they have the $$ and the experience from the Roadster
...uh not their first try. Fisker designed BMWs so design is not a first for him, and they did the Tesla Roadster, so not the first try on the electric drivetrain either.
Here it goes Jalopnik... after this post Lamborghini will have its lawyers on him by the end of the day.
Holy Bondo Batman! You build something like this for yourself, and for it to be the way you want it. I cannot believe that the bidding is $76K, or that this guy has it reserve priced out of this world.
I would have bought one.... Seriously. Would have been the coolest car ever to just commute in.
It would have made 100+ MPG on gas... if they hadn't wasted all their money building hybrid and electric versions they could have successfully financed and launched a gas version and used that to build up capital for other variations.
I second that vote. The STI was and still is a rare breed of car 4cyl Turbo AWD... and at that price point unheard of, especially with 300hp.
Sorry (1920 x 1080) is not equal to rMPB @ (2880x1800)
Can you say "trolling"... jeeze everybody
How about making a full prototype before bragging about your accomplishment that will never be funded enough to hit the market. AND... Who is seriously going to spend $500 (because that wire is probably going to double the cost of the "Beats" headphones), just for people who run around playing compressed music from…
...and don't mind the broken one ...or the tape, or the completely different wiring that it is spliced into ...yeah this is a really ground-breaking.
No. I would not.
How about NYC pay to design one, and then license the design out to different companies to build it. Then they can still be built and sold competitively.
