So... wait here... $1020 in gas for 255 gallons... that is exactly $4 a gallon! Black market gas is more expensive than common market gas..?? I think I could make like $0.20 a gallon selling gas without even stealing. How exactly does one sell gas in this black market that likes paying more than the pump.
