I think the MS3 is why Chevy went from the supercharger to turbo for the Cobalt SS. Had to keep up with the joneses.

Mine routors never got gouged, however the sides of the rocks where they had been rubbing had been polished smooth as glass.

Yeah there are tons of vendors out selling upgraded RMM's. Its just silly mazda thought they could get away with reusing the standard one. And they are finally getting better? I remember when I sold mine Cobb has JUST come out with the AP for Gen2.

It was a fantastic car for back roads. I loved taking this one off ramp on my way home that did a total 360 to put you facing the other way, while climbing as you were getting onto an overpass.

It wasn't unreliable mechanically. And the engine mount on the regular 3 is fine for the base 3 engine as it doesnt produce almost 300ft/lb of torque. The biggest quality issue with mine was the interior.

Pretty Sure he loved the C6 ZR-1 though.....

Yeah the first time I heard that sound it was Code Brown. Such a horrendous fear inducing noise.

Oh they are great for handling and speed. But build quality for the plastics sucked, had some pretty egregious design flaws (soft and squisy motor mount that can let the MOTOR BANG ON THE FIREWALL). Etc. I daily drove one for 3.5 years after buying it brand new. After that I got fed up with it falling apart and

I just think the fact it happened to me 3 times as well as other people having the same happen to them means there is too large of a gap somewhere in the caliper. The stone i pulled out one time was almost the size of a golfball.

Now playing

Found this video of a MS3 with the rock stuck in the caliper. What kind of shitty design makes this happen so easily?

I always wanted one of these but with something other then a SBC powering it.

It's the bible belt. Nothing out of the ordinary here.

Was the driver Geriatric?

About as random as the "volunteers'' at a magic show.

Yeah but its a 4 speed. 4 speed autos are just blegh.

Original one or one of the continuation/kit cars?

This was my suggestion yesterday for best re-use of a name.

Look up the word sleeper in the Dictionary, you will find a picture of this.

That's unfortunate.
