I just upgraded, and will report on how it goes, but my biggest complaint with the t2i was clip length (for the occasional interview or live show) and the overheating issue. Both solved.

Living in NY, where space is at a premium, I run an epson projector, onkyo surround and port in my ps3 and computer. I don't watch cable, but playing games and watching movies and shows from netflix on the wall on a 10 foot screen is bliss.
