The Ford Tempo was the NPC of cars.

The IRS makes such a big difference in how these ride. Honestly makes the car way better.

I recently bought a lower-level trim of a car because it came with 17" wheels instead of 19s. This trend sucks.

Sorry, it’s like mid-20s and highlander is mid-30s. Just a piece of shit car.

It’s a pretty shitty hybrid - like 30mpg or something.

My Dad had one of these when I was a kid. “Testasrossa Red”

I even weirdly like the dumb black wheels. Although it would probably ride much better on factory wheels with higher profile tires...

Man i doubt too many people are buying these, I’d guess they’re mostly leased. It all just depends on how well that depreciation was baked into the lease.

While I think this is an easy NP, it’s wild to me that that is what Honda was trotting out as a luxury interior back then.

Exactly. It’s propaganda.

It’s very reminiscent of that viral review that old lady did like 10 years ago.

There’s a special place in hell for people who dine at the Times Square Olive Garden

What is this shit? Sponcon?

1 more motor plus more batteries plus leather, supercruise, sound system and all the other luxury stuff. Plus more margin, I’m sure. But then who’s buying a $53,000 Chevy compact SUV?

Lot smaller than a Tesla X too. Probably competes with the Y, which is $49k for the long range AWD model. So you’re gonna pay $5k more for a Chevy? Maybe the Chevy is better but does the product and price line up with the brand perception for the likely market for that car?

At $53k you’re looking at someone who wants

So fucking dumb. Who wants a $53k Chevy Compact SUV? Like if you’re in the market for that wouldn’t you just get an X3 or something from a luxury brand?

The most annoying car near me is the Tesla Model Y. There’s so many of them near and they are all driven so slowly and erratically.

If GM ever mass releases the electric Equinox and it really costs between $30k and $40k with AWD before federal and state rebates, you’ll really see these things everywhere. But they keep pushing it back.

It’s probably an error. National Indemnity is the parent company of Geico. They probably just mixed that up with National General, which is Allstate.

What left wing media? There’s no comparison between the right wing media and left wing media ecosystems and their impacts on their respective audiences.
