Also, I don’t know if these are in Chicago yet, but in New York, cans of Rao’s whole peeled tomatoes have become available. They’re really fantastic, and they’re in puree instead of juice.

I wouldn’t call a long-cooked sauce a “marinara sauce.” I know there’s no, like, official definition or whatever, but to me a marinara is something that cooks in less than half an hour.
They have wide distribution on the east coast because they’re owned by Utz
I’m not advocating for rationing. I’m saying that actual rationing is not supply and demand. And supply and demand is not rationing. And our economy is not purely predicated upon supply and demand.
Well, agricultural subsidies, from feed stock to production to infrastructure drastically alter that equation.
At least she can say that she ain’t no senator’s son, no, no.
Oh yeah, you can’t own one of these without a warranty.
Lol good point. Henceforth, I’m cross-shopping all cars against the Batmobile.
I was able to build one with the HPP Engine and Handling Package for $37,400 on the website just now...
Are they both AWD wagons?
What are you gonna do with those 400 HP? You drag racing these things?
This is sort of inaccurate, at least for T-Mobile. If you have only 2 subscribers it’s $45 a line.
I don’t think any Nissan is a good choice. The Maxima is hideous, and I’m sure it’s a piece of shit. And, the only transmission you can get is a CVT, which is a hard no.
I really don’t like the look of the 4 series sedans..
They probably have some deal with the other Japanese manufacturers to hold off on plug-in hybrid crossovers in the US market. Collusion abounds...
Yeah you do definitely take a hit on the resale value. The flipside of that is you can get a 2014 328i for like $800 more than a 2014 Accord Sport, each with 72,000 miles on it... I picked 2014 because the average new car buyer keeps their car for 6 years and puts 12,000 per year on it.
Ooh that’s a good choice
I don’t keep cars for 10 years. And for what it’s worth, a modern Honda is likely to be a money pit in 10 years as well, due to all of the tech on it.
Yeah, I’m wondering if you need to even cook the bacon separately...
Just crack an egg!
