Batman is at its absolute best in ages because of the work these all are doing. Like, Detective Comics is the Batfamily cartoon I’ve been wanting for ages, while King’s Batman is just staggeringly good. His writing for Bruce and Selina is next level good. The annual was absolutely beautiful.

I truly appreciate the news about Batman #36, but I am especially glad you pointed out the Annual. It’s an astounding book. Week’s pencils are astonishing and bring the characters to life as people, allowing Lark to take over in the later pages as the venue moves later on (no spoilers!).
