yeah the CVT gets a lot of abuse online but it gives pretty good economy. I was looking at the manual version though as i only really drive when I’m away from the city. cheers.
Was the fuel economy of the XT awful or really depending on how you drove it? I think these are at the bottom of the depreacition curve here in Australia and thinking of getting one of the 2006-2008 model.
The trouble with these and many tiny houses is Zoning and the fact you can’t buy a tiny bit of land to put it on.

Just browsed through some reddits this morning and it does seem like Aus / Euro surfers do fins back and USA is fins forward. interesting. but we generally stagger them front / back if fins are in these days.
