Yeah they are going up in value for sure.

I resisted my urge with a Vanagon Westfalia and ended up having to buy one and don’t regret it at the least. Buy a good one keep it in good condition and if it all goes sour you won’t lose much money.

Likewise to you. I really don’t understand acres of Lawn. Unless its a playing surface. Indigenous plants bring in native birds that can naturally bring the pest problem down.
