Yes and no. The car itself is simple to work on but the transverse engine is a real bitch to work on. Changing the coolant elbows or serpentine belt required me to remove every thing on the passenger side for access.

Like anybody at Burning Man has any money.
“huge displacement v8”
“Robotic”
Mind giving me an idea how much a plan like that costs? I dream of owning a 10-12 cylinder car but the thought of repairs/maintenance turns it into a nightmare any time I consider making a serious go of it leaving me with “meh” 6-8 cylinder cars instead.
Im not sure 4k leftover is even close to enough for breaking something or even routine maintenance.
I may be wrong but I think one with AWD or a stick would be rarer.
DAT color doe. It’s almost like ectoplasm. My new favorite green.
I’m not glad though. They used the worst Aston Martin motor in the worst looking Aston (possibly of all time) as a movie “halo car”. Every single choice they made was wrong.
I get that they didn’t bring their “A-game” for this car but it feels like a wasted opportunity. They could’ve had a screaming V12 DB10 front and center showing the best AM has to offer in a worldwide release film.
4.7 V8?! Does Aston Martin not have a V12 laying around. Because I’m pretty sure they do.
I don’t understand this “Over boost feature” that manufacturers love in performance cars. Either it can handle x psi boost or it can’t, don’t claim it has a certain amount of HP/torque when it really only has those under certain conditions for like 10 seconds.
That’s not a Buick!
COTD!!!11!!
I can agree that CUV’s are objectively worse than Jeeps, and I would never be caught dead driving either, but if that’s the best defense of a Jeep as a street car I think that you just proved my point for me. I mean its kind of like arguing that the miata isn’t underpowered because it has more horsepower than a smart…
How does any of that disagree with or disprove any of what I said?
What are MOST cars bad at? V6 Camrys/AccordAccords accelerate faster than old school muscle cars. Current muscle cars get decent mileage and handle with ze Germans. The only modern cars that are bad at the things CARS do are jeeps.
MOST cars these days are good at MOST things versus the Wrangler that is literally only good at one thing.
The only people I see cross-shopping the S and X are people just using the Tesla as a status symbol. So probably a lot of them.
We’ll see if that holds true in 10 years. I WAS interested in a SHO but apparently the transmission and rear differential are both very fragile and then there’s the 3.5 EB reliability concerns. I assume all that is the same in the Interceptor Taurus's.
