//Insert comment about concession stand worker stealing here.

Wait, people presumably paid to watch this? Enough people to actually warrant assembling bleachers?

Wait, a multimillionaire soccer star drives a 2008 Opel Astra estate?

It’s those damn 2 comma club members that ruin everything.

“How many people do you think saw this stunt of theirs in person? Maybe 50 or 100?”

My guess is that McLaren figured out that their chassis was so far out of shape (by Bahrain) compared with the constructs of what Honda is available to work with/designed for that they just said, “F’ it. We’ll work on the chassis during the season and just blow a load of money on engines.”

The car’s aero design team threw near impossible restrictions/requirements at Honda and refused to take any of the requirements back. They essentially said “Our design is perfect, you have to hit these crazy goals with respect to space available.”

In May, the dealer that I bought my 15 R from had just taken a 2013 R in on trade for 29k and sold it for 32k.
