If a judge can reduce a sentence for a man who raped a 3-year old because he claims the rapist didn’t cause the kid any harm, then anything is possible.

What I took away from the segment is that a rapist can threaten a woman with a long, difficult custody battle, but will drop it in exchange for dropping criminal charges. Sick bastards will stoop to anything, as will the people who defend them.
