There are 2 locations where AHCI is an option. I tried the SATA controller (?) and the computer went into an endless cycle of automatic reboots, unable to log into windows. I shut that off and I was FINALLY able to boot back into windows.

Normally, I would have done a fresh install but I wanted the experience of cloning an existing windows partition. Running windows repair didn't really seem to effect the bootup rate of windows.

Merkur blades are OK, but feathers are super sharp and I love them. From a price standpoint, derby extras are the best bang for your buck. I paid $8 for 100 blades from a local barber warehouse but amazon should have them similarly priced.
