You have never in your life done that.

Um no, Canada’s Liberals have: LPC, NDP and Green party to choose from

No, what makes someone an asshole is turning a fun comment section into Trudeau bashing, asshole.

Didn’t bother to read the full article (because Macleans), but this excerpt appears to offer opinion-based evaluation. Cabinets seem to be moving on liberal platform pretty quickly to me. WAIT! Is Macleans trying to push a political bias?!

No clue what you’re on about. The point was that they elected a liberal PM. People in the US are super stoked for their liberal PM who isn’t Harper and Canada likes to show him off.

Approximately 380k (misguided but normal) people voted for Ford BEFORE his drug use came to light. After it came out, his political career (and he actually HAD a political career before he was elected Mayor) was OVER.

How so, exactly? He’s actually kept almost all of his campaign promises.

Yeah, but they handled that pretty well overall.

To be fair, we didn’t know how much of a fuck up he was until after he was elected. You’re going in with eyes open.

Hah nice, like this US congressman, cocaine, it’s a hell of a drug.

Perhaps Canada could remind us that the reason they had Harper for 9 years is because their liberals can’t agree on a single party to vote for, thus allowing Harper to win three elections with under 40% of the vote every time despite a solid majority of the country not wanting him to lead.

Compared to most Republicans and Trump in particular, Harper is Hilary Clinton.

LOL citing Rob Ford as an “electoral issue” as a means of comparing Canada and the Trumpified US is like comparing a sprained ankle to a gunshot wound.

One could argue our experience with Rob Ford would put Canadians in a position to offer semi-credible advice. Trump is Rob Ford x10.
