Nobody uses decimal points for weather in Celsius, that’s mainly for professional applications. 

I don't see how celcius fails at weather. Under 10 is cold. 15 is cool. 20 is room temp. Anything over is just hot.

I think there's more diversity amongst moderates than that. I mean centre right and centre left exist.
