I suppose it wasn’t clear, but I agree with you. That’s what I meant by DPS +1. I mean, Orisa is ridiculous. 

I’m not sure I’d be hasty enough to say that DPS is the end all be all. I do think getting to know the maps better will be a big decider of how strategy will peter out. If anything, the big problem for me is that tank is basically DPS + 1 at the moment instead of feeling like a critical class.

As someone who played way more quick play than comp or regular quick play, the only thing I’m missing is the ebb and flow of a good fight. Thus far, I find the momentum is quickly established and one team will generally stomp. It wouldn’t be so bad if the queues weren’t absurdly long. 

Perhaps I misinterpreted your comment, but you didn’t have to watch the stream and opt in. If you opted in, there was a chance you’d be selected via email, but you could also watch the streams for a guaranteed beta invite.

I’ve blown this kind of money on veblen goods more than a decade ago, but I couldn’t see myself buying this back then. Aside from being massive, it looks like something pets and children would destroy with abandon.
