It is!
It is!
Kinja sure is on the fritz right now. I had to follow to simply reply. My biggest concern is just the huge level of polarization. Because the entire idea of social justice is predicated on the idea that society is a lot more complex than black and white. It’s somewhat ironic that you bring up being transgender…
I don’t dismiss it could be me not keeping up with the times, but I do think it’s pretty hard for people to express anything that isn’t in lockstep with the general opinion. Kotaku may not be the deepest of socialist Twitter or Reddit, but I’m curious to what you’d label it as? Would you call Kotaku centre left? Would…
As a long time reader, I feel somewhat similar to you, but also distinct. For me, a lot of the Gawker network has eschewed any form moderation for very left-leaning coverage. While it is very much a reflection of the times, and thus relevant I find it ultimately counter productive for the goals we’re all aiming for in…
No way, everyone would be camping near the door trying to push others into it.
So Romeo and Juliet where MercutioXXX69 carpet bombs the love struck couple in the end while they lay unconscious? Tell me more.
National Post lite? Isn’t that kind of harsh? I see the Globe and Mail being pretty centrist - leftish at times.
The pause in the original dust system already discombobulates me. I’m a person who’s on the next button press like flies on poop. Can’t stop!
All I can think about when looking at the picture is “at least he has enough money to pay for the serious water damage if that thing bursts.”
Yeah, to a degree, but I didn’t find them particularly spongey on normal mode. I did manage to do a platinum clear of UC2, which meant the highest difficulty, and oh boy, did all the enemies live forever.
I’d argue that Uncharted is anything but realistic. Its gunplay is about as realistic as the climbing.
I can feel you on the kill pits, I guess I’m one of the few who looked forward to them instead. For me, I was always really excited about finding the most efficient way to kill all the enemies on the screen, which was sort of the way I played the last Tomb Raider - since you brought it up.
I don’t know why everyone harps on the Uncharted gunplay, it’s probably some of the best 3rd person gunplay out there.
Winston was one of the last characters I picked up for much of the same reason. The key is to jump onto someone in the back line, the impact of your landing and your weapon should be enough to take out a widow, hanzo, or whatnot especially if they aren’t at full health. After, leap out.
So officer Jenny accomplished what Team Rocket couldn't do in over 20+ years.
I’m not sure how those things are mutually exclusive. You could use the proceeds to fund college, or some other endeavour. Not saying you can’t be right, but you’re creating a black and white scenario out of a very clearly grey one.
He may have lost the set, and not the match. I could be remembering wrong.
Don’t say that, he ended up losing the match! :P
I can’t say that RE was a game that triggered thirst in me by any stretch, but maybe we just gotta take what we can get lol.
Oddly enough, I didn’t know it was funky stuff on her face at first. I figured Ethan just stabbed her in the face good.
