Please forgive my poor image editing skills.

I can't take credit for the hack/DIY build, but you can use one with some other items to build a Van de Graaff generator.

Seems you have a rash on your Florida. You should get that checked. And stop posting filthy pictures of it.

Just had a usage idea for Readlists. Online courses often don't have textbooks, but instead refer you to various readings around the internet. Readlist could be a great way to gather all those links at the start of a semester and generate your own ebook (which could then save you some data usage).

For me it goes:

I agree. Editing the list is a nice feature and I knew I would be doing it the moment they introduced it.

Readlist is by Readability. That doesn't matter much except to note that if you're already using Readability, there's no need to create a new account to use Readlist. This would not be the case coming from Instapaper.

I was actually a bit disappointed to see that LH Shep didn't take this as another chance to advance the virtues of binder clips. The source article probably had his mind fixed on clothespins. It happens.

This is not insight. There's a whole line in the article that points this out.

For me, I'd get more of a fix from watching an entire old race on Youtube than I would just from catching highlights. Don't get me wrong, any NASCAR is good stuff for me, but I like to watch and gather all the nuance of the race. For me, if I'm only getting the highlights, I'm not getting the story.

Race Rewind is about as good as it gets for catching the race after the fact. First Row does a good job of broadcasting races and if you put the effort in, you could grab the streams to save to disk and watch later on your HTPC or other solution. I'm sure there is someone out there supplying high quality downloads,

I've had it suggested doing a ring of soap around the neck to deter the fleas from advancing to the head.

Installed. I wanted something more carefree, but it may come down to settling for the best of what's available. And so far, that seems to be it. I did find an old 3rd-party uploader but it seems to no longer function. Would've been great if it did.

Yep. About a decade ago I was living in an apartment with a built-in ironing board and that board had a sleeve board. It was great when it came time to iron, except that the board was in a corner so I couldn't walk around to either side as easily as I would like. Not required, but it's nice to be able to do that.

Should I credit you in the Instructable? :D

I'd add a structure for doing arms. That's my biggest peeve when ironing — getting the arms set right.

As a bonus, this habit will ensure you don't accidentally send your phone through a wash cycle, as a friend of mine recently did. She was fortunate that ye ol' bag of rice did it's job.

And then it posts to your Timeline "I am using Privy to hide when I have read Facebook messages. Download it from...."?

It's always a work in progress but here we go...

Had some wonkiness going on with my attempts to reply. This was intended to be a response to Mr_Robertson, describing his grandmother's method of keeping guacamole from browning. It can only be witchcraft.
