I'd shy away from pizza kits all together since they market yeast specifically for whipping up a quick pizza dough that uses few ingredients anyway. I'm leaving off the specific measures since they may be brand-specific and I'm going to avoid advertising the brand here.

I despise cards that sit flush to the case and are hard to pull out which is exactly how all my microSD slots were designed. The spring loaded ones are better so long as they keep ejecting properly. I ejected one from a Vaio and almost lost an eye.

It still works after that. And if you're lucky, by the time you would need a new cup, it would come up in conversation when that somebody gets angry and starts complaining about being the only one to ever make a pot of coffee and has to face the embarrassment of finding out he's not — he's just the dumb one.

I see all the gripes about the time investment. I'll skip the usual counterpoints and point out that at the link you will find he has a pair of 20 year old boots he's treaded. That indicates to me that he spent money on really good boots and doubled down by extending their life even more on his own.

Ummm . . . what just happened?

You're absolutely right. It won't tell you. Thank you for the correction. You'd need some combination of known and unknown to figure that out.

When using your smartphone (or anything else) the wise thing to do is to have driving directions and or a map handy for backup. As I use a tablet with no data service, I make a habit of doing it this way. GPS or no GPS, having an alternative is important. That's true no matter what method of navigation you use.

When I was working retail, I would use this to ensure customers that the sunglasses we sold were really polarized. A thing to keep in mind if doing this to test sunglasses is that light bends around edges so you might not get the black out effect, but if they are polarized you should definitely get a noticeable

It didn't take long for me to fill up that free 5GB.

Funny thing is I tried the tabs and decided I didn't like them except for the Promotions tab. But if it's going to feed me email I don't want, it's of no use to me so I just got rid of that one. Now, I'm back to where I was before the little inbox experiment began.

tldr: Cha-ching!

This seems a little suspect. Except on the high-end, but maybe even then, I would expect that bike helmets are much like sunglasses with few companies producing the same helmets for branding and distribution by higher end and lower end companies. I don't expect that the manufacturer is testing the helmets for every

That may be so, but it happens quite often. I remember an episode where a contestant purposely formed his response in a peculiar way, to which Trebek responded to the (paraphrasing) "well, that is a question..." The fact that you're on Jeopardy pretty much trumps anyone's thought that you look like a fool. Now,

There is no rule in Jeopardy that the question must use the correct interrogative.

Now someone needs to get to work on a infographic designed to help you determine if that siren is behind you or if it is in the song. When did sirens because ordinary musical instruments?

Thanks for the tip. I'm not fond of those sprays. They don't work for me as advertised, but that's probably because I don't get things out of the dryer as timely as I should.

No I do not. And now, I'm going to get to work on bringing your idea to market before you can. *evil grin*

I'm actually kinda mad he didn't do something to dress up that Altoids tin. It's dying for some paint and an Apple logo.

Indeed. Fair points. I suppose this would boil down to the case of which is the greater annoyance, the unnecessary browser bog or the or the x99 pricing. The pricing should be, but you know how geeks are with their benchmarking :)

Unfortunately, I do not. Or at least not even a suburb. It would be a daytrip from where I live now
