It was the concept, not the specific that I was trying to relate. They make other easels that fold nearly flat. They could easily fit in anything you're already using to lug around your reader or tablet.

From it's picture it look like he's choosing to let it be a problem that requires modifying the device rather than doing what most people would do and use something more suited for the job of propping his kindle. While this isn't a design issue for me, I prop my tablet with one of these.

I know that Live Mesh has some restrictions on which folders it is able to sync. I discovered this because I was trying to sync my Resources folder and it would have none of that. Have you actually used it for this purpose?

Understood. They'll only be useful if they actually get used. In my experience, and the experiences shared by others, the Amber Alert pages rarely get used.
