The only acceptable use for Necco wafers is as slate roof tiles on gingerbread houses.

Me too! (I'm 40 though, so maybe I am actually old. I knit, after all).
My dad loves these, and Good n Plenty. I think I might be adopted.
The show is so much better than the books that it's not even funny. Unfortunately, the books (at least, after the first few) are so atrocious that that's not saying all that much. (Though for some reason I can't explain I've read every one of them anyway).
Oh, yeah, you kind of NEED to follow people. Otherwise your feed will be filled up with "popular" pins which is why you are getting so much conservative/religious/homeschooling stuff. You can start by following websites/ stores you like, I don't know your taste but DesignSponge has a pretty good feed as does…
I'm totally addicted to it. I'm an artist and I use it to keep track techniques/inspiration, as well as for recipes and stuff like that. I've heard a lot of people complain about the religious and homeschooling content, but I haven't had that experience myself. I follow a ton of pinners with similar tastes and…
Garment District is still open — even the "by the pound" section. :)
Right? They don't even have the same logo on the labels.
As a BigLaw escapee, I'd watch that. Though it might trigger my PTSD.
The buttons sit too far down, for one thing. She's very tiny and the jacket is not fitted correctly. I also wish the shirt collar were better fitted. LOVE the idea, execution needs a bit of work.
I'm sorry, I didn't mean to compound the issue. I have problems seeing what comment is linked to what conversation on the new Kinja system and my outdated browser.
I had two kiddos with a tilted uterus, in my mid and late (LATE, eg 39) 30s. Both conceived very quickly with no interventions, uneventful pregnancies. I am not sure whether the combination with PCOS adds a complication but my OB never mentioned the tilted uterus being an issue at all.
probably true. But the speculation about the other casting was, while not perfect, pretty darn accurate.
Asajj Ventress is not a "disposable" bad guy. She's a major character from Clone Wars. Yes, she's a bad guy. Why is that not ok? It's cool when when great, award-winning actors like Jeremy Irons, PSH, and Alan Rickman play the bad guy but not not when it's Lupita?
That's a relief. Because if I decide to trade my husband in for a younger model someday, I really don't want to have to change my habits. (Kidding, Mr. Jones! Love you!)
fellow Old here! I cannot tell you how often I thank my lucky stars (Old expression) that I was well into my 20s and already with my husband at the time full-on hair removal started to become a thing regular people did. A little trim, some cleanup if I'm actually wearing a bathing suit, and that's it for me. I…
Yeah, the entire third book was a gigantic, horrible disaster, but I (a real adult professional with an advanced degree) was initially HELLA PISSED for "the reason." (I later realized that was the least of the reasons to hate it.) If you are going to do THAT, you have to have a DAMN good lead-up, and a DAMN good…
I came here to say this. Also, you'd think that a snowboarder would know what an herb is.
