Good. I was in Utah this summer looking at beautiful petroglyphs, and it was so infuriating to see these amazing depictions of a great hunt from hundreds of years ago right next to “Jim+Kelly 69 4eva”. Fuck these people.

I hated it. Gaga does Minelli doing Bowie. But I also thought her Sound of Music tribute at the Oscars was overly affected and show-casey.
Kanye is the one who defended a serial rapist, though. That pushes a little past annoying. So I’m not sure equating the two is very honest.
Exactly what I was thinking. Personal feelings about TSwift aside, how is a woman asserting herself and taking (deserved) credit for her own accomplishments something to mock or deem “insufferable”?
I have a hard time on a feminist blog finding a way to be anything but Team Taylor on this one. She may have an incredibly planned public persona and is annoyingly twee (can we PLEASE retire #squadgoals forever ??), but Kanye is the literal worst.
Fucking good for her. I'd be pissed if some egomaniacal dude was trying to take credit for my massive success too. This is the most I've ever liked Taylor Swift.
I’m super not getting what insufferable thing Taylor Swift did here.
I’m just going hope that ‘the thing we all agree on’ with Breakfast at Tiffany’s is how horribly racist it is.
uh, no, there’s a special flavor to the racism in Texas and the south that isn’t like the rest of the country.
But it’s “heritage, not hate” right? That woman was just looking to share her new earrings, she wasn’t trying to harass or intimidate teenagers. It’s not her fault no one can take a joke. She knows a black person that doesn’t mind the flag. It's not ignorant or racist if she's just looking for fashion advice! /s
If you’re going with the college student = adult analogy, then you must extend it to college = work. If visitors were coming to tour my workplace and a group of coworkers behaved in this manner, they would be fired immediately.
The college disciplining them does not violate their free speech.
I hate you for this gif.
THE VOID IS STARING BACK AT YOU!
yeah, because liver transplants require no further care or follow up.
I don’t know about tza, but for me, yes, they had/have tests to determine reading and writing level, and, of course, IQ tests. For the reading, it’s usually a series of increasingly difficult passages with written comprehension essays.
Almost anything can lead a kid to think that. I read and could write on a college level by third grade. It made me think I was ready to read “mature” stories...yeah, long story short it took my 2/3s thru the smut scene to even realize it was porn. Porn I would not have been ready for if I had actually cared (seriously…
so…you’re saying the family was “broadcasting its life in mass media” prior to the murder, and that’s why this child is dead?
The father probably feels like he could be helping others by sharing his regret. I am not sure how much it will help, but if it makes him feel better in this awful time, why not?
I feel horrible for the father, I can’t imagine the guilt felt by both parents. Even when parents have the best intentions, the internet is a scary place that is ever expanding.
