I can't watch him in anything any more. It's sad because he's an excellent actor, but whenever I see his face I see Rowan.

Marcus was a big nothing. He was window dressing. All he did was sit around the OPA office. He never did anything.
If you have the DVD for season 4, check out the extended version of the season finale. Mama Pope was enjoying life in the south of France. They cut that and a couple of other scenes out of the finale they showed on the TV.
If that happened I might actually start watching the show again. There are a lot of heads I would like to see turn up in boxes: Mama Pope's, Papa Pope's, Jake's, Sally Langston's…
It's Quinn or nobody. Huck is tech and muscle and Charlie is just muscle. OPA has enough of a reputation by now for people to know they can get the job done, with or without Olivia.
I have no idea, I've never watched that show.
There's an old saying, good black don't crack.
I'm glad Leo is gone. I hated him. I don't know what Abby saw in him. He just oozed smarm.
So Olivia left OPA and let Quinn take over? Smart move. OPA was running out of oxygen with nothing to do and Olivia seemed to have totally lost interest in keeping it going. For all intents and purposes, OPA was dead. The team was just sitting around the office all day doing nothing. Maybe Quinn can bring it back…
Evidently it was all about finding a way to drag Mama Pope back into the storyline. This show is reeking of desperation.
I took your advice and wish I hadn't. Shonda is so tiresomely predictable. Of course she had to find a way to bring Mama Pope back into the mix. She can't leave well enough alone. But I'm glad Olivia left OPA and let Quinn take over. OPA was running out of oxygen wih nothing to do and Olivia seemed to have lost…
That's why I don't comment there any more. But I enjoy reading Spec's recaps.
If he really was blindsided by the breakup, his head must have been so far up his alimentary canal he could contemplate his tonsils.
He's got nobody to blame for that but himself.
Specs writes excellent reviews. You don't have to watch the show to keep up with it, all you need to do is read her recaps. She's the only reviewer I know of who actually likes the show with the possible exception on Luvvie, who used to recap it for Vulture. This show has turned so many people off, though, that…
Nope. Huck had already stolen it.
Rowan killed them all off at the end of season 4. Huck stole all their money ($2 billion).
Ratings ploy. Nothing else. Shonda is still tying to foist Jake off on the viewers. It's not working.
Couldn't get into it this season. Tuned it out midway through the second episode. Too bad. The first two seasons were very good.
No shade on Perkins at all; they both played brilliantly the roles they were given to play. The series Norman was a more complex character than the movie Norman. They both nailed their roles perfectly. Actually, both the movie and the series were a huge warning to mothers, as you put it.
