One of the showrunners said that in the back half of this season Annalise has to deal with a monstrous betrayal. What could be a worse betrayal than finding out that Bonnie, who she loves and trusts, set up Wes, who she also loves and trusts? I don't think she likes Connor all that much anyway.

I don't, I think Bonnie had Frank kill Wes after Rebecca's remains turned up in the woods. I don't think Connor has the guts to kill anyone. Besides, what would his motive be for killing Wes?
