She went against Shonda in a big way by getting pregnant at the worst possible time for Shonda's timeline. Think about that.

I wouldn't want to try to get inside Shonda's head. I'd imagine it isn't very nice in there.

I suspect that a fairly large percentage of viewers who watched the final episode were people who tuned in solely to see how the season would wrap up, and are now done for good. They have no intention whatever of returning to watch another season.

And now Shonda is turning Olivia into a clone of herself, which is probably why Olivia seems so obnoxious.

He's no longer whiny and needy, he's no longer self-righteous, he's taking responsibilities and thinking with a clear head. He's seeing the end of his line at the WH and that's making him become his own person as opposed to the guy his staff created and took to the Oval for.
