I get a love-hate vibe from those two. I remember Bonnie telling Annalise "I want you dead".

But Annalise most have known that. And she definitely wanted someone dead. So if she wasn't planning Lila's death, she was planning Sam's for cheating on her. Hell maybe she wanted them both dead. She's as twisted as Frank and Bonnie, maybe more so.
