Stevia … We saw Lydia meet with Mike. We saw Lydia meet with Todd. Did we ever see Lydia meet with Walt when she drank tea with Stevia?

I had no problem with Gretchen and Elliot until they casually and publicly dismissed Walt's contribution to the success of Gray Matter.  Sure, he had walked away of his own choice, but it's another thing entirely to dismiss his contributions.  So … I think that resolution was perfect.  Walt ensures that the cash will

I see your point.  He wasn't begging but he was indeed trying to bargain from what he thought was a position of power.  The surprise was that the position of power Jack thought he had, no longer had any influence over Walt.

No, he asked to go out in his own style.  I wouldn't call dragging on a cig begging.

Why would the police have been reporting to the AB compound?  No one there would have called them.  Perhaps the remote also dialed 911 …

Considering that "Oh, have you seen Lydia?" is a lyric in the song, I have to like this.

"Just get me home.  I'll take it from there" is probably the closest thing to a prayer that Walt has ever uttered.

I like the fact that Walt found comfort that he was in a lab, surrounded by familiar things.  The mask was a bit of a red herring, as you wondered what he planned to do with it, but it was just part of the world in which he felt most at home.

That was Groucho himself.

Finally, my reference to "Lydia the Tattooed Lady" is vindicated.

I suppose it would be too "on the nose" for the stylish Lydia to end up as Lydia the Tattooed Lady.

Todd looks at Lydia the way King Kong looked at Fay Wray.

Lydia lives in Houston, Texas.

Walt always said that cooking was a two-man job.  I think that Todd's original plan was to become the cook — but he's better at being the second man, and he knows it.  It's where he's comfortable. imho, Todd is now less concerned about figuring out the nuances he can't understand, than he is about keeping Jesse a

Flynn's replacement muscle car and Walt's car were both rentals.  Walt argued that that meant they could have the cars without raising any red flags about their affordability.

The DEA already had some idea of Lydia's involvement, though, through her connection to Gus Fring.  Remember Hank confirming that another law enforcement office had put tracers on the barrels, and done a clumsy job of it?  That could make it a big mistake to have jogged Skyler's memory of her.

And that's a good thing you did, Todd.  A real good thing.

1) Heisenberg is back.

Agreed. I think there will be legal pressure on Skyler but it will be less because she's the only one available and therefore they want to charge her, than because they're hoping to make Walt reappear.  She'll bear the brunt of the investigation as a means to an end.

The title reminded me of the "Breaking Away" television show, which wasn't much of an incentive to check out BB.
