Just because someone isn’t using proper grammatical high level english, doesn’t mean they don’t know what they’re talking about. It’s possible to be entirely smart about something (like history, politics, etc) and speak fully in colloquial vernacular.

Okay this has been bothering me since she said it, so maybe one of y’all can help me out here. Is there a better way - a more grammatically correct way - to say “I’m not dumb at this shit.” It’s the being “dumb at” something that my brain snags on and I wonder if it’s just one of those things that might not sound…

It was also revealed today that the House Democrats are having trouble getting Trump’s tax returns. His lawyers are fighting really hard to prevent them from gaining access. He is hiding something really big.
