Yeah, but he only really wanted to talk about the writing.

They should have cast Paddy Considine in full on "Dead Man's Shoes" mode as Stannis. He can do grim and intimidating and looks a hell of a lot more like Addy and Gethin Anthony than Stephen Dillane.

Seemed to me like the emotion displayed in her breakdown to the Rabbi last season made it the polar opposite of "shallow".

Either, for obvious reasons, Werner Herzog, or West Indies Cricket legend Michael Holding, AKA "Whispering Death".

It's possibly the only thing of interest that's ever happened in Rhydypandy.

Bonjour!

Will always have a soft spot for his voiceovers in Banzai. Tremendous post pub entertainment.

And he was openly gay, despite being best known for playing a character who chased every bit of skirt that crossed his path.

Good call.

Probably the WS album I return to more than any other. I'm Bound to Pack it Up still their most glorious moment.

Wait, The Man with the Golden Gun was a good Moore movie? Christopher Lee apart, it's right up there with Die Another Day for worst Bond film of the lot.

Stephen Culp was particularly good as RFK too. The whole supporting cast was gangbusters to be honest. And I don't mind Costner either.

God is also Scotty.

I don't know about pretentious, but there's definitely a hell of a lot more musical snobbery from the punk side.

Yup. It's a good film, but definitely not top level Spielbergo.

Four Krustys!

Me too. I suspect large parts of Internet geekdom reacted like when the Beatles played Shea Stadium.

And Clancy Brown.
