I believe Dr. Phil is one of Ron White's friends, so he may be kind of a jack ass, but he has good taste in friends! Funny ones at that.

This looks like a god awful "christ in christmas" movie masquerading as one of Gary Marhall's shitty movies.

The Greg situation totally to me showed Rebecca is aware she's awful, and she's basically John Cusack telling everyone and yet its in her honesty that she's actually winning people over. Like Josh and her neighbor.

And then the harper lee call back was such a random joke to go for and totally nailed it.

I can only imagine it was a random choice? Complete with "for the obvious reasons" because who in the what?

I enjoyed the ep and I didn't think the plot was too predicatable. If anything Josh got out of the douche zone with his willingness to help Rebecca and blow off Velencia. Greg is still that funny awkward romantic connection she doesn't want and yet he keeps trying.

Really loving the show so far, its nails the "disturbing yet oddly compelling". I'm not even a fan of musicals and the music numbers here are all solid.
