To Bring You My Love was my first PJ album too. I like Rid Of Me better now, but I think The Dancer will always be my favorite song.

Holy shit that was my first concert too, the ‘97 pumpkins tour.  I was 12 and my 17 year old sister took me with her, and her friends, AND my parents didn’t even force her to do so!

I went to one of their concerts (really just Billy and Jimmy but that’s what Billy wanted all along) in 2009 and I wondered how little things had changed. I bet there was some drunk dude who wouldn’t stop screaming “Love is suicide!” even as he moved on to “Mayonaise”.

I had that t-shirt! My first concert too! I was 13. The concert was objectively terrible though. The whole band had the flu and they almost cancelled.

I am a 90s girl and to this day still maintain that Mellon Collie is one of the best alternative albums ever released and that Tonight, Tonight is one of the best music videos ever created. The Pumpkins still have great replay value, though I will admit that “The Perfect Drug” and “Closer to God” are as far as I go for

I never liked her music though her aesthetic was cool. Try some Kristen Hersh or PJ Harvey!

If the dancer class doesn’t have a quest titled “hold me closer,” that I can play as a lalafell, I am going to be so disappointed in SE.

No, I’m pretty much 100% sure that the primary reason Doug Jones won his Senate seat is due to his opponent.

I have loved rabbit aesthetics since I was a kid.

As John Oliver once put it on another topic: a reasoned consideration of the facts is not how they got to where they are, and it’s not what’s going to get them out.

It’s not like he’s made it a part of his platform, he just honestly answered a question about his personal position.

He’s the only one really talking about the wave of layoffs coming in the next decade due to automation. For example, 3.5 million truck drivers in this country, what are they going to do when self driving trucks take over? It’s already happened with many factory workers over the decades.

That commenter is either Tomato or excellent at implementing his intentionally irritating wide-eyed cupidity.

“...his honesty” Please stop confusing “honesty” with “he’s willing to say the racist things out loud that I am too chickenshit to say out loud myself’.

And I’m SURE* those grades were “legit” earned and not purchased with daddy orange’s money.

I know this is my curmudgeony, haven’t-moved-my-bowels-since-I-was-12 philosophy major side speaking, but I for one have to say that the entire issue of “capitalism” or “socialism” is entirely beside the point. No champion of “capitalism” today, Liz Warren aside, would know what capitalism does if a copy of The Wealth

you mean she’s not study to be neurologist?

But I’m sure they’ll tell us that socialism is bad and all that because people won’t want to work.

Since the ultra rich are being criticized, we should expect to be told we are jealous by poor people who Stan for the rich in every matter. Any minute now. Jealous.
