They have claimed Love Is is loosely based on their relationship, The male character is absolute trash and I 100% believe her.  This is horrible.  

Never read the graphic novel and this movie is legitimately in my top 10 fave movies.  This move gets played multiple times a year in my house.  I love everything about it.  The look, the music, and the fights.
