Cilliza is the embodiment of everything wrong with punditry. Spout endless worthless takes, be consistently wrong countless times, never have to make correction and get paid obscene amounts of money.

It's PIT-PAT!
Strangers with Candy also
Thanks! I'll have to check that out.
A good example of a podcast that is very frank is The Professional Left with Driftglass and Blue Gal. They're not paid pundits, but their perspective and analysis is more substantial than the Jeffrey Lords, Chuck Todds, that clog up the airwaves. They don't hold back on their contempt for the people who spread "Both…
i live in the opposite of circumstances. I envy you. It's beneficial to call them once in awhile to say you support their stance on an issue you believe in. You may already be doing that. If so, that's great.
Even his first line before the duel is chilling. "The Force is with you young Skywalker, but you are not a Jedi yet."
"WOOOHH!"
"Top Secret is how do you say..indispensable?"
Looking forward to hear Bill read copy for Blue Apron and Henry's Razors. (No, not really)
It's one of the rare professions where you can be consistently proven wrong repeatedly, but never held accountable and in a lot of cases receive promotions.
I sometimes wonder if there was something personal between Stewart and Olbermann because Stewart went after him many times on TDS. Some of it may have been justified, but I can't recall Stewart having Olbermann on as a guest while O'Reilly and Huckabee appeared numerous times.
Doocy, Kilmeade and whoever the blonde anchor they rotate in on Fox & Friends are the worst.
In this clip, Todd may have revealed too much behind the reason you see so many toxic people on these new shows.

I really liked Rogue One. It's interesting how I have more of an emotional reaction to Donnie Yen's death than I do Han's and the latter is my favorite character. I have a lot of faith in Rian Johnson smuggling some depth into the next one.
I remember hearing about that. I get why he wanted to have Leia and Rey bond during that scene, but since it's the first time they met, it has no weight. Maybe they could have shown Chewie stepping off the Falcon and upon seeing Leia, he just crumbles because he feels like he failed her, but she HOLDS him. They both…
"Hey, I didn't have a problem with Episode XVI showing a disillusioned General Finn becoming a Stormtrooper again. He was in a bad place."
Those were the things I preferred Abrams focusing on instead of showing Chewie and Leia sharing a moment of heartache.
I think he could have become a successful dramatic actor. In the book Wired, it recounted how Belushi admired DeNiro (they partied quite often) and even back then, he wanted to eventually transition into being a more serious actor.
But hey..we did get to see the Hologram Chessboard Game continue, right?
