We Hate Movies is pretty much the main reason I check out Podmass each week to see if they're featured. Definitely my favorite podcast.
Waiting for Iron & Wine to show up at my home town so I can shout "Harvey I'm Batman!"
"His name's Monster because he's a monster haunting you, this is Grinder because he grinds your bones and eats them and over here is Lizzy..short for Elizabeth because she's a woman."
Easy Rider is essential listening. You get a great sense of the crew's appreciation of film history through their anger. I think that's the one episode that almost broke the crew, but thankfully they came out the other side.
"Come on Jonesy, put your back into it, you fat lazy sow!"
Thank you. That was beautiful.
I really liked in the final moments of the House hearings, the nice little business Richardson did with politely pushing in everyone's chairs.
Just rewatched that episode and his sincerity delivering that line cracks me up every time.
And the boss who would get Rebecca weak in the knees on Cheers was Tom Skeritt who also played Duke. The guy just had that magnetism. Maybe in the original Alien, his character turned the Alien into a docile submissive being, but the studio knew audiences weren't ready for that.

Yeah, it's the second and final season.
I just don't like the Duplass character. I'm not expecting a lovable Ray Romano type, but maybe spend more time with your kids and less on some damn midlife crisis puppet show.
I only remember because I was a huge fan of his after Fight Club. Only saw the movie once.
Norton wrote and directed it.
"This Empire is pissing on all of us!"
I remember watching that program with my family. The photos of Till in his casket are devastating, but the country needed to see them. The program as a whole is essential viewing.
When Snoke revealed Han was Kylo's father, one guy in the theater yelled:"What the Hell?" I applauded Abrams for not wasting the entire movie to get to that point of the story.
