Haven't heard the entire episode yet, but I was glad they finally called out Vince Vaughn for being responsible for all those deaths.

I just find it odd those guys think anyone outside friends and family members wants to listen to them recount how they spent the weekend or their trip to the DMV. Most podcasts get right to the topic after maybe a minute or two of chit chat.
Battleship would be more tolerable if they get to the episode topic in less than 30 minutes.
Now Playing is well above average as a good movie podcast.

My issue is those events are hardly addressed in follow up movies. One of my problems with The Winter Soldier is the characters act as if the major threats they face are terrorists, dirty bombs, etc. In order to achieve that, everyone seems to forget aliens attacked the planet only 2 years ago.

I stopped listening for awhile, but the Godfather episode caught my attention. It was a great episode with Longworth. Her reading of Michael's body posture and the slow deliberate way he moves was a great insight into his character. They could use a guest like her more often.
Maybe he's relieved he still has a career after Taxi and Fever Pitch.

In fairness, Lucas also encouraged Coppola to take the first Godfather gig when Coppola wasn't sure about it. Lucas also did uncredited work on some of the sequences.
