Did you see anything in ESPN's statement that suggested it was for multiple offenses? No, all you see is a bald-faced lie about how the network is "inclusive" which is demonstrably false. They would have done better to just say "we don't like people who say mean things about trans people" if they wanted to be truthful.

They are not the same in their essence (even though you have misrepresented what was said in them) but they are the same in their function: they are controversial statements.

So far no one has been able to challenge my core contention here, which is no surprise.

It's exactly the same if you're not wearing political blinders.

So are Kornheiser and Mayne.

On his own personal account that had no connection to ESPN. And again, it didn't seem to bother the network brass all that much when some of its other employees made insensitive and even suggestively criminal remarks against right-wing targets.

Tony Kornheiser and Kenny Mayne

Look, Schilling is a loon and a grade-A asshole but ESPN is far from "fine". They currently still employ two people who respectively used social media to compare an American political movement to ISIS and joke about committing criminal property damage to vehicles with right-wing bumper stickers. They're hypocrites who

Yet another reason why ESPN sucks. You allow him to go on air for years as an embarrassingly shitty analyst but fire him over a stupid social media post that's really none of your business. ESPN proves every day that it hates its viewers and takes them for granted.

Given that the real Mortara decided to remain converted to Christianity and actually became a priest, I suspect this won't be a Christian-bashing work as much as a critical examination of why religious institutions don't do well wielding secular political power.

A.I. and Minority Report are two of his best. The former is a misunderstood masterpiece and the latter is a classic that only lacks for a proper ending.

I honestly think this is exactly what DC needs right now. It looks fun, stupid, and entirely self-aware.

Fuck both of these guys, really. Ice Cube is a sellout and Simmons has the musical talent of toe fungus.

Sorry, Brian. Sacha was right about this one. The band Queen was nothing without Freddie the queen.

I can find zero on Russell ever being charged with sexual assault.

Neither is acceptable. But the criminal justice system exists for a reason.

You're right. The police don't work for alleged victims. They collect evidence for use in trials. They sometimes initially assume that vixtimhood exists in order to assure safety, but they only go where the evidence leads them after that. Meanwhile, she is a celebrity in an age where rape allegations destroy men's

That would hold more water if she wasn't already "reporting" by, you know, SUING over the same thing right now.

I'm referring to the record company, not the alleged rape, although I'm still waiting for someone to explain why she hasn't taken this to the cops.

She made a deal with the devil and like everyone else who does, she got the horns.
