When I was of similar age, I was using my mom’s nosehair trimmer to take off the excess hairs around my eyebrow and accidentally shaved off half of my eyebrow from a jerk reaction. I just decided to shave everything off to make everything even.

Why not? Her being blue purple or green is irrelevant when her facial features are redefined to those that are considered fit to a European/white standard of beauty and that’s not something you necessarily have to be of lighter skin to have done.
