It's really just a matter of finding a way to make it complex but still very simple to get into. PSO2's was quite honestly a mess and the interface was quite obviously dated. Black Desert does it in a way that's simple, effective, and still more competitive than what other games have offered.

I just think the issue here is people feel Shakira should be held to a higher standard to that in that she should have freedom to do as she pleases. She should not be treated as territory like a dog (or anyone else for that matter) and have some one dictate what she can and cannot do.
