TLDR
the 5.7L version of a ‘93 Caprice wagon can get past the 100mph limit of the odometer (though with the soft suspension it’s terrifying) and a ‘00 6cyl camaro can just barely almost reach 115.
If I’m not mistaken it took place DURING/just after rogue one. In new hope, as tarkin walks into a meeting room he cuts off the officers arguing about the imperial senate by saying
Right after he hits him is whatever. What struck me is watch the background starting at 2:48, you see him spinning his tires on the lawn and once he gets on the driveway, pulls back into the street

if you watch the driveway in the background at 2:48 you see him spinning his back tires on the person’s lawn. He manages to pull onto the driveway and by 2:52 he has the nose of the truck back in the street again but the camera pans right and you can’t see if he then drives off or instead pulls onto the street then…
almost looks like he ran afterward as well
is it just me or did it look like once he got off the lawn he high tailed it out of there?
This happened to someone on my fire company during a fire. It was a huge 2 story restaurant and office space. Within 10-15 minutes of showing up, they pulled everyone out of the building when air handling units started coming down through the ceiling. This became a surround and drown operation and they had a loading…
so money is sent to the most convenient charity which squanders donations the best...still not doing much to help.
More than likely they’ll probably have a couple different engine offerings. The turbo 4 is the only one I know will be there for sure. (hence why the test mule was spotted testing with an explorer and cx9)
Subaru has been building the camry in their lafayette plant. Toyota being kicked out and they have been doing a massive plant expansion. Impreza production just started state side in indiana for the ‘17 model year and the new 7 seater will be built in the same place.
As I understand it, they are shooting for a 5,000lb towing capacity and it will be using a larger displacement turbo 4.
It will be called the Ascent when released
I have one for this!
Honestly I was too. I was watching the corner of my eye and was beginning to fully come to grips with the fact that if things escalated any further the ole rusty ‘93 may have to swap paint.
I usually don’t have any good stories for these...but this time I do.
haha nice...I should say the other strange one I saw was one of those really boxy early 90s ford explorers in the dark green with no tint and blue LEDs in the grille.
I had the discount version of one in college. It was a ‘93 caprice classic wagon. Removed the fake wood paneling. Those things drift really well on command...I’ll just leave it at that.
